Dealer Servicers – Claims
I need access to file a claim.
For dealer servicers who need to login to PCRS+ for claims online filing, you can submit your request for access to [email protected]. Multiple users for the same dealer/location can be included in the same email request. You will need your dealer (DL) number when submitting your request(s).
Please include the following in your request(s):
Subject: PCRS+ Dealer Servicer New User Request – (Dealer #, Dealer Name)
Message: User First and Last Name, User Email Address
You will receive a response to your email when your request is completed. Below is the link for access. Please allow up to 24 hours for response.

- Select “Reset Password”
- Follow screen prompts to complete registration

You will need your PCRS Servicer (SR) number in order to complete Self-Registration.
Warranty Solutions PCRS+ Servicer Access
A completed W-9 will be required in order to receive claims payments. Completed W-9s can be emailed to [email protected]. Please include your PCRS Servicer (SR) number and Servicer Name when submitting a completed W-9. This will help expedite the payment process when you have claims reach an authorized status awaiting your payment request. Initial setup for check payments can take 24 – 48 hours.

Not at this time. Warrantech business will remain in VSC Online until late 2025 when it will move to PCRS+. We will communicate more in the future on the Warrantech migration.
Yes, we will utilize MFA for PCRS+ as legally required. You can select a checkbox to remember you that allows for 30 days of no additional authorization.
No, you will no longer have access to warrantysolutions.com/B2B.
PCRS+ requires a unique user to be setup meaning that an email address is required. Users will be sent credentials on launch day with instructions on how to login. User will be prompted to change password at the first login and accept an end user agreement. Since this is a new system, each user will need to complete the MFA authentication process.
If you currently have access to warrantysolutions.com and have logged in using MFA, you will be automatically set-up with a user in PCRS+ using the same email address. In PCRS+, your username is your email address.
No! In PCRS+, you’ll enjoy the convenience of streamlined access with just one user account for the back office. No longer will you need separate usernames for Accounts Payable and back-office functions—everything is now seamlessly integrated for a more efficient experience!

Yes! You will be able to cancel a remitted contract within 60 days. If the cancellation is after 60 days, you will submit a request to the admin team to process the cancellation.
Yes! To remit a contract you can utilize ACH and reach out to our administrative team to set-up automatic payments. Remitting timely will ensure that commissions and payments are not held up.
Yes! If you currently have dealer group access in warrantysolutions.com, you will continue to have the same access in PCRS+.
Yes! Duplicate contract warnings will pop-up in PCRS+.
