Robert Schultz, Executive Vice President and Chief Organic Growth Officer, is responsible for driving growth opportunities and program development as well as overseeing carrier relations and strategic reinsurance alliances. He most recently served as the President of AIX, a member of The Hanover Group, and has over 30 years of property and casualty leadership experience, including guiding successful revenue and profit maximization in the insurance and reinsurance program space. Mr. Schultz is based in New York City.
