Rob Giammarco joined The Amynta Group from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as Managing Director, Head of Americas Financial Institutions Group. During his 20-year career with the bank, Mr. Giammarco was responsible for managing a variety of the firm’s key relationships in the insurance and insurance services sectors, having advised on several of the industry’s defining transactions. He has deep insurance sector expertise, long-standing industry relationships, mergers and acquisition knowledge, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Mr. Giammarco is based in New York City.
