Upon electronic submission of this cancellation request, I have read and fully understand each of the statements made above. I further acknowledge and release the Lienholder and the Program Administrator from any and all claims.
The below information is specific to GAP Cancellation
1. I am requesting cancellation of the above-described GAP Waiver and confirm that I have the unconditional right to cancel the above GAP Waiver in accordance with the timeframe outlined in the GAP Waiver to receive a full refund (free look period).
2. If the cancellation request is received after the free look period, I understand and agree that a refund will be processed using a pro-rata method less a cancellation fee provided in the GAP Waiver and as permitted by state law.
3. The requested cancellation date and the reason for cancellation provided is correct.
4. Any refund due under this cancellation request will be provided as outlined in the terms and conditions of the GAP Waiver.
5. The cancellation date cannot be any earlier than the date this request is completed and submitted.
6. No refunds are allowed if a loss or event covered by the GAP Waiver occurs prior to the request for cancellation of coverage.
7. The GAP Waiver will not be reinstated after the cancellation is processed.
8. Any benefits under the GAP Waiver will terminate once the cancellation request has been processed.
9. In the event of a loss to your vehicle after the GAP Waiver has been cancelled, I remain solely responsible and liable for payment of the difference between the actual payoff due to the Lienholder under the terms and conditions of the Financial Agreement, and the payment made by my physical damage insurance carrier as well as the payment of my deductible, if any.
